I have changed my email but when I try to login the following message appears: "email or password is incorrect". I also cannot recover my password.

This is due to the fact that you have not changed your email in the "Account" section and it is trying to log you in with your old email and password.
In Genoom, there are two place where you can add your email:
- Your profile
- Your account (inside of "Settings")
In these two places the emails may be different.
In your profile, the email that is displayed is for your family members to contact you.
In your account settings, the email that is set is for Genoom notifications.
