Why aren´t users receiving my invitation?

It´s possible that the invitations you have sent from Genoom have gone into the user´s junk mail.
Try sending the invitation from your personal mail or put them in contact by another means and explain a little about Genoom and advise them to review their junk mail. Click on "Re-invite"* to resend them a new invitation in case it has been deleted from their inbox.
*This button is seen in the List view or in the profile of each person.
